With not long to go until the birth of their third child, Katie and Peter go to Dr. Gibb for their four month scan. Though used to seeing their child on a normal monitor, Dr. Gibb introduces them to a new piece of technology which shows their unborn child in 3D form. The photo-like clarity of their unborn child blows both Katie and Peter away and makes Peter announce that he’s no doubt going break down and cry at the birth again! With a copy of the 3D scan in hand, Katie and Peter head home where the conversation soon turns to work and their work contracts. Peter, having less work coming in than Katie, gets frustrated as Katie teases him, saying that he shouldn’t try and compete with her as she’ll always have more work than him.

With the house almost finished to their liking and Harvey well on the mend, Katie decides it’s about time that she brought back her horses. Like always, Katie’s time management escapes her and she has to race against the setting sun to get to the stables in order to put the horse in the horse box in daylight. As she’s never driven the horse box with a horse in the back it makes Katie quite nervous and it proves to be quite a tricky experience. With the horses back in the stables, Katie and Peter settle in for the night and look over the rich list which states how much they are supposedly worth. Though not giving anything away, Peter and Katie are amused to see where on the list they are! With work commitments mounting, Katie and Peter fly to Dubai where Katie models her swimwear range while Peter enjoys some desert quad biking. Never shy to show off her famous slim figure, Katie’s management struggle to keep the curious public from taking their own photos, afraid they might be leaked to the press before the official release of the swim range. Though their trip is short the couple manage to go shopping in the famous gold souk where Peter buys Katie a diamond bracelet and a seductive belly dancing outfit. In addition to shopping for jewellery the celebrity couple decide to look at expanding their investments and go shopping for property. The chance to have a holiday home in Dubai and possibly benefit from their no tax law is very appealing to them both. From the Emirate Hills to the famous Sheikh Zayed road, Katie and Peter look at family houses and million pound penthouses in search for the right family home.

With their working holiday over, they return to the UK but Katie’s heavy work load continues and she’s barely touched down before she’s off at another photo shoot. This time she’s promoting her new underwear range but things don’t go as smoothly
as hoped. As her pregnancy has begun to show, Katie starts to feel very self-conscious of her figure and ever protruding bump. Not as confident of showing her figure as when last pregnant, she announces to the film crew and fashion photographer that this will be the last shoot of her exposing her pregnancy bump – though not before given the audience one last glimpse at what they’ll be missing!
