To promote her latest book Katie is in Waterstone’s to sign autographs and meet her adoring public. Though used to the attention, even Katie is surprised by the number of people that have queued to catch a glimpse of her, as well as the screaming and crying fans that are desperate to meet her.

While Katie is busy singing books, Peter is busy scouring the shops with Junior, hunting for the perfect mother’s day present.

With Katie’s fans satisfied and Peter fully loaded with presents, the couple return home for a well earned rest. But rest is something Katie doesn’t seem to be getting much of and Peter, knowing that Katie is not a morning person, prefers not to be around when she wakes up – in fear of turning his good mood into a bad one!

Busy trying to expand into a new branch of his career Peter meets with the renowned acting teacher, Jeremy Stockwell. Breaking down Peter’s feeling of self-consciousness is Jeremy’s priority and within minutes he has Peter jumping, flapping and tweeting like a bird! Embarrassed and feeling slightly stupid Peter carries on with the lesson and soon finds Jeremy’s methods therapeutic and has no problems opening up and talking about his life and family. While Peter is learning how to tread the boards of the West End, Katie and her sister Sophie are at another OK! shoot. While Katie has her make up and hair done, Sophie takes the opportunity to have her own photo session. Though nothing quite as revealing as her famous sister’s photographs, it’s easy to see that Katie might very well have some competition rising quickly through the ranks!

Back at home as the family prepare lunch, they hear the news that Katie has won Celebrity Mother of the Year. Peter and Katie head up to London’s famous Grosvenor House Hotel where the press and paparazzi are eagerly waiting. With her award in hand, Katie quickly satisfies the press and photographers before heading back home.

Though still ecstatic from winning, Katie wants to organise a surprise party for Peter’s up coming 34th birthday. Making a day of it, she takes Peter out to a birthday lunch and a trip to Madame Tussauds, but her day doesn’t go quite as planned. Being photographed more than the waxworks, the couple have to make a quick exit and Peter’s attempts to find out what Katie has planned quickly develops into an argument. Annoyed, Peter heads back home on the train but, not one to let things get in her way, Katie uses the opportunity to go cake shopping. After several visits to cake shops she finally finds the one she wants. But again, her time management has let her down and she races back home unsure if she’s going to make it on time.

With a lot of fast driving and frantic calling, Katie manages to arrive at the pub just in time. She persuades Peter to come over for a drink and as he walks in, the lights go on and he finds all his family and friends eager to celebrate his 34th birthday with him.
