Katie Price is said to be worried that Alex Reid has become obsessed with her in recent weeks.
The Daily Star reports that the mother of three has even had proposals of marriage from the cage fighting star.
A source told the newspaper: “Alex is mad about Kate. He has fallen head over heels and is devoting his life to her.
“He is desperate to marry her but is worried he is not famous or rich enough to keep her. He’d propose now if he could but he can’t afford a ring expensive enough – let’s face it, she’ll expect a £1 million rock.”
They added: “Although she declares she’s happier than ever, we all know she still loves Pete.”

Get rid of Mr Cauliflower Nose, he’s an idiot and pretty grim to look at (he always looks as if he needs a good bath to me). You don’t love him, you lost the love of your life by being Jordan, now deal with it and stop acting like some demented floozy. The public liked you a whole lot better when you were Mrs Andre!
Obviously Pete will never have you back, but I think it’s time to spend time on your own, Alex is your ‘woman scorned rebound boy’, it’s doomed and you know it. It’s time to regroup. The plan to make Pete jealous did not work on a spectacular scale and now you are trapped in this weird transitional disaster.
I don’t believe for one second that Pete is perfect in all this, I think that he was/is a little OCD and his PR machine is doing a pretty good job of bringing your crashing down, so why give them more fodder. You don’t need a man in your life right now, your endless rants and outlandish behavior does you no favours.
Get yourself a hobby (besides being photographed) or better still, get on a reality show like Strictly and bring back the fun factor of the girl we all loved in I’m a Celeb!
