Katie Price has hit out at her ex-husband Peter Andre, claiming that the singer is threatening her with repeated legal action and refusing to move on.

The mum of three told The Mirror:

“Peter is dragging me through the courts at every opportunity. He wants me to lose money and make me unhappy. It’s sad Pete’s having to do that, it’s like he wants me to lose everything I’ve worked so hard for.

“I don’t want him to be unhappy but people need to realise he’s not what the public think he is. I want him to move on like I have, but he won’t.

“He just wants to make my life a misery, make me out as the baddie.

“It’s gone far enough. I know I’m outspoken and seem tough but nobody deserves what I’ve been through. I’m not a bad person.”

Pete’s spokesman said last night: “Kate has made a series of allegations including that Peter is having an affair with his manager, and is a bad dad to Harvey. Peter would love to move on but she won’t let him.

“He’s fed up with it and finally decided the only way to stop it was through legal methods.”
