Katie Price has called in her lawyers, in a bid to stop Peter Andre taking their children to Australia over Christmas.

Peter wanted to fly the children over to spend Christmas with his family in Oz, as his dad is dying and can’t fly to England.

A source told The People: “Pete is devastated that his dad can’t come to England so he has to go there.”

However since Katie alerted the lawyers and Pete was advised that taking the kids abroad would be breaching their custody agreement, Pete will now be traveling back to his family alone.

A source close to Katie told the newspaper:

“She is utterly furious at Pete’s intentions. Like any doting mother she wants to see her children on Christmas Day. If Peter had taken them to Australia she wouldn’t have seen them at all over the entire festive period.”
