Kelly Osbourne has admitted that she had an ulterior motive for agreeing to appear on Dancing With Stars.

Kelly revealed to EW.com that she turned down DWTS bosses for eight years running but said that she decided to sign up this year “mainly because it really scares me.”

“It’s one of those shows that a lot of people who are trying to revamp their career go into and do,” she said of her earlier reticence to sign on. “And moody me would be like, oh, that’s sad, I’m not doing that. But secretly, I’m like, look how fit they get and look at those amazing dresses they get made for them and they look like they’re having so much fun.

“I’m turning 25 during the show and I just don’t want to have any regrets anymore, I just wanna have fun. How many people in the world get an opportunity like this…and get paid for it?”
