Kerry Katona’s bankruptcy order will be lifted in less than month after a hearing at Manchester’s Civil Justice Centre learned that the mum-of-four is now on track to pay off an £82,000 tax bill…

Katona’s lucrative deals with Iceland (prawn ring anyone?) and MTV have improved her finances and the ex-Atomic Kitten star has also structured a new payment system to help clear the remaining debt.

She was issued with a bankruptcy petition last August after blowing all her cash on booze and fast cars failing to deliver the final £82,000 of a £417,000 tax bill.

Now Katona and that toad of a husband of hers, Mark Croft, can buy that £50,000 pound Ducati they were eyeing up not so long ago to celebrate!

    According to the insolvancy website her discharge has been suspended indefinatly. was up for an automatic discharge on the 21st August……nothing to do with paying anything back that is not the way it works.
