Former The Only Way Is Essex star, Kirk Norcross, has spoken about the reasons behind his split with reality star (we aren’t entirely sure how else to categorise her) Jodie Marsh, and he isn’t holding back any punches!

Norcross, who quit the hit ITV2 reality show in order to pursue other reality projects (well, just Celebrity Big Brother actually) started seeing newly body built, Marsh, only a few months ago, in one of the most surprising couplings the world of reality TV had ever seen.
The pair announced their new romance by posting pictures of them kissing on social networking site, Twitter (who needs Hallmark?) in what looked like a bizarre tutorial in how to play tonsil tennis.

However, the relationship did not last long, and now Kirk, never one to keep his opinions quietly to himself, has spoken out about why!

It was hardly going to win any romance of the year awards, but still in those brief weeks that Norcross was dating the wannabe IT girl, it seems that Marsh has left a huge impression on the ex TOWIE star, and not a good one.

Norcross, who used to date former co-stars, Lauren Pope and Amy Childs, has revealed that the pair ended their relationship on very bad terms, brandishing Marsh a “fame obsessed liar” who “teased him with sex.”

Speaking to Reveal magazine, three weeks after their split, Kirk has said that dating the glamour model (so that’s what she does…) was the biggest mistake of his life:

“‘Jodie was always teasing me and she’d talk about sex all the time. One day I had enough and texted her asking if we were ever going to have sex.

“I felt like I was 13 again – going around to a girl’s house and just kissing on the sofa. But she said that she’d never sleep with me. So I told her that we should just be friends.”

Not totally surprising, as Marsh, who recently transformed her body to resemble that of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s following a body building regime that would make your eyes water, announced a year ago that she was going to be celibate as part of her new lifestyle.

However, she certainly wasn’t shy of displaying her new romance to the cameras, with the pair of them pictured together more times than the days they had been together, but according to Norcross, that was all part of her master plan.

According to Kirk, who claims to hate the celebrity lifestyle (speaking to a celebrity magazine about his personal business), Marsh was only after the spotlight, only ever talked about herself and regularly slated TOWIE because it had become more famous than her in Essex, where they both come from:

“I’m not into the whole celebrity lifestyle, and Jodie really is. All she could talk about were photo shoots and pictures.

“She was desperate for publicity. I would go round to her house every day and sit there listening to her talk about herself.

“It’s all about the fame for her. She hated TOWIE because until that show came out, she was the most famous person to come out of Essex.”

Marsh and Norcross had been friends for some time before taking it to the next level, as they used to frequent the same Essex hot spots.

He told the magazine: “We’ve known each other for so many years, and I enjoyed hanging out with her. I helped her out by promoting her products and I even did a photo shoot for her bodybuilding range.

“I didn’t take a penny for it – and I didn’t get so much as a thank-you. Now, she’s slagging me off. That’s gratitude for you!”

His last message to Jodie:

“I’m a 24-year-old boy, and, yes, I wanted to have sex with you – but, now I look back, I realise I only wanted to have sex with the old Jodie Marsh.

“The one I had posters of on my wall.”
