La Toya (sister of Michael, Janet and Jermaine Jackson) has helped to deliver a baby while filming a reality TV show.

Armed And Famous, is a US reality Tv show where celebrities train as reserve police officers. La Toya is one of five stars taking part.

Shortly before Christmas, while on patrol, she came to the aid of a stranded young mother-to-be.

“I helped deliver a baby girl on the freeway. I lifted the woman out of the car and helped take her to a midwife,� she says.

“It changed my life,� added the star.
