Ladette to Lady: Holly Clements glasses woman on holiday
It would seem as though her time on reality TV show Ladette to Lady was time wasted, as Holly Clements went on a drunken rampage and glassed a woman in Barbados.
Her victim, Dawn, told The Sun:
“I was covered in blood. I was too shocked to feel anything at first, but then I was in complete agony.
“She was drunk and acting like a madwoman. I was completely terrified.
“I’ve got a very deep two inch gash in my right cheek but it could have been much worse.
“I could have lost an eye or half my face.”
Dawn revealed that the attack was preceeded by Holly having a massive row with her boyfriend.
Dawn said: “He urged her to come to bed but she told him to ‘f*** off’ and he stormed out.
“She came up to me slurring her words and asked if I could take her to the toilets, which I refused.
“I told her she should go to bed. She snarled at me before calling me the c-word. The next thing I knew, she had grabbed a glass from a nearby table, smashed it on the bar and launched herself at me.”

Haha my mum and dad were on holiday with Holly and her boyfriend, and spent all that night with them, as it was my mums birthday. I don’t get how someone can say so much crap to the papers. They were a lovely couple, they even spent about £70 on a bottle of champayne, to celebrate my mums birthday. Yeh fine she may have got drunk and made a mistake, but it is certainly not like it has been told. Holly was not the only person in the wrong, and she is also injured. After the incident, my parent’s were then followed, and harrsed by dawn, and her fella, and were warned by the hotel staff that they were being watched. My parents tried to help Holly’s boyfriend out whilst she was in jail, and the staff were very supportive of my parents helping out. How dare Dawn sell her story to the paper, a story which is not even true, just to try and blag a bit of money. Holly is not what she has been made out to be in the paper. She is a fun loving girl, who may let her hair down from now and then, but she has every right to do so. Holly went on holiday, to have a break, and she must come home to this. It is not fair. She has been through hell and back, being taken in another country to prision, for being prevoked by someone else. Dawn needs to grow up, and instead of selling a lie to the paper, tell the truth! i want to say she is not a lady she is a disgrace. how could anyone praise her after she visciously attacked a woman in barbados for no reason. she needs more than a television programme to help her. she is sick and i hope she gets locked up for a very long time. a leopard never changes there spots as she has proved. she is a horrible sick twisted c**t and doesnt deserve any support i hope she rots the b***h…. cherrelle , kent
Ok here is how it goes holly admitted in court on the island that she glassed dawn and to think that this is a girl who went onto reality tv to try and change her ways, but as people can see she has not changed a bit because she attacked an innocent person who was also on holiday to have a break and these are people who work hard all year round to have a decent holiday and then they have some jumped up hooligan come along and ruin their holiday and it is not fair and if holly was as she says hurt then why didnt she do something about it….a let me see because not only is she a glass yeilding hooligan who put peoples lives in danger she is a compulsive liar too and to boot it she never even said sorry to dawn……..can you please tell me where a 23 yr old hooligan gets the money to go on holiday’s like this because i have a son near enough that age who works damn hard and he cant afford to go on holidays like that…….Oh and to kirsty ammmm you were not there to see what happened and your parents were not in the court where they so how the hell do you know what this hooligan did and didnt do and also from what i have heard your parents only befriended this hooligan when they arrived on the island……so maybe you should really think about what you are saying about people because from where i stand it seems to me that you and your family condone what this girl has done and i personally think she should have been locked up because will the next person she does it too be so lucky and walk away with a scar or will they lose their live……..up to you to think about that and while you are backing this hooligan it gives her the right to keep doing it and that is not right……maybe think about what victims go through and not what a hooligan like this may feel because people like that dont deserve to have sympathy from genuine people…..get a life woman…..

You cannot stick up for a person who has done such a thing. Just like she doesn’t (can’t) stick up for her self as she knows she is in the wrong.
I’m Dawn’s daughter, I don’t condone in anyway what Holly did, its terrible, but i do know what Dawn is like. I have no doubt in my mind at all that she had provoked Holly, she loves to have a good arguement! She has been after a good story to sell to the paper for weeks, so a celeb coming along was the perfect opportunity!
Its funny how she doesn’t sell any stories about her claiming sick pay for months on end for absolutely no reason! all she has to do is call her doctors on a friday and there is her certificate for work…hardly a hard worker on a break now is it??!

My family and I were at this resort when the incident happened. When we were checking in Chantelle from Big Brother was there and Holly was having her photograph taken with her….”I’ll facebook you when we get back” she shouted. Great start to our vacation….two chavvy reality show wannabes at this luxurious resort in Barbados. Is there nowhere you can go to get away from it? Dawn’s face was blackened and swollen and looked worse than your picture. Poor Dawn had to spend a lot of her holiday attending hospital, the police station and court so I hope she gets criminal injury compensation from somewhere. I hope she decides to take Holly to court in the UK as her Bajan fine is a joke and appears to have been no deterrent. We were unfortunate enough to have Holly and her boyfriend on our flight back yesterday and although you would think several days in a Bajan jailed would have made her rethink her behaviour….no….she drew attention to herself on the flight, wanting to be upgraded and giving the cabin crew difficult time. So much for Ladette to Lady….you can dress her up, send her to a posh resort in Barbados and she’ll still revert to type
i think what holly did was so wrong and from what i understand dawn was not paid for the story in the sun it was just being reported not sold as a story to the newspapers…….i know dawn and she is a very nice person and i think this whole thing is wrong and if that person anon is her daughter then maybe she needs to sort herself out as i wouldnt say things like that about my mum even if i wasnt talking to her……i think people who dont know the whole story shouldn’t make silly comments as it makes them look silly and anon do you not think by saying this sort of stuff about your mum (if she is your mum) is making you look like a prat coz people wont be able to understand why you can be like that towards your mum and where dawn lives she could have many stories to sell to the papers if she wanted to do that but she hasnt done that so why do you say she wanted a story to sell to the papers….as i said the story was not sold to the sun it was just being reported and why are you assuming that dawn went to the newspapers how do you know that holly didnt go to the papers maybe in the hope she would get the money for her fine……coz as i hear it she didnt have the money on her to pay it and had to borrow it from people so maybe she was hoping she would get the money from the story and it backfired on her………thoughts for food mmmmmm
i think that the family that were in the hotel with dawn and posted their side here say it all………..i think it is disgraceful that these people are allowed to say what they want and do what they want and get away with it and it is the victims that are allowed to suffer not only from their injuries but from the people who want to ride on the back of a story and love it………keep your chin up dawn and hope you feel better soon…….anon why slag people off when you dont know them, i think that is a cruel thing to do……..jumping on the back of innocent peoples stories…….they dont deserve it…..
Holly admitted the offence in court the following day, she said she was drunk and sorry, she didn’t state that she was provoked in anyway. Even if she were provoked that still doesn’t make it all ok, no one deserves to have a smashed glass ramed in there face. people like that are sick heads!
Celebrity??!!? ha! These nobodies are not “celebs”. Just desperate wannabies who will do anything for publicity. Why anyone watches reality shows is beyond me-none of it is entertaining or remotly interesting. If we are to use the term celeb save it for those with genuine talent and who work hard in their proffession.
