Would you like a gift receipt with that? JLS set to buy JB Gill a farm animal for Christmas!

by Nick Barnes

The wonderful and wacky world of celebrity brings us some weird and odd-ball Christmas presents every year, but I think JLS have just about topped that weirdness level for 2013.

The lads, Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes and Oritse Williams have vowed that they’re going to buy their best mate, and fellow band member JB Gill a farm animal for Christmas.

Now, it’s not quite as weird as we first thought as the star does own a deer farm in Scotland and the JLS lads are just set to add to the livestock numbers. How about that, Farmer Gill?

Speaking to BANG Showbiz, Marvin said: “We got him a load of ski stuff for his birthday earlier this month. But for Christmas we might get him another animal for the farm”.

At least live stock for his deer farm is a step up from last year when the JLS boys bought him a sheep as an early Christmas present.

Meanwhile, in other JLS-related shenanigans, the lads performed the last ever show together on Sunday evening at the o2 arena in London, which left virtually all the arena teary-eyed.

JLS Farewell Tour

The lads took to Twitter one by one yesterday to tweet their thanks to their loyal fans.

Marvin said: “Just want to say thanks to everyone who came to support us yesterday.. it was a very emotional but incredible day”.

Meanwhile, JB Gill went on to add: “What an amazing night last night.words fail me,I am so proud of my boys and what we have achieved.emotions ran high…thank you all!!x (sic)”.

Oritse said: “IM so GRATEFUL!!! THANK u All!!!!!! (sic)”.

Elsewhere, Aston Merrygold said: “So as Michael Jackson once said.. This is it! Words can’t describe how I’m feeling right now so who knows what later will feel tonight.

“That hit me like a f**king hurricane! But Seriously from the bottom of my [heart] thank u! For now I’ll say ‘see you later’ forget goodbye! #love (sic)”.

Not all is lost, mind as JLS fans will see Marvin Humes back on our screens soon enough as he is set to co-present The Voice UK with Emma Willis when the show returns in January on BBC One.
