What a coincidence, Living Lohan and Denise Richards: Its Complicated both kicked off on the E! Entertainment channel last night and just as I was watching the recorded episodes this morning I received a press release from the lovely people at FIVER telling us that they will also be showing both shows later this year.

So are they worth watching? I’m not yet sure.

Denise Richards is so far coming across as an American version of Kerry Katona. Her language is filthy and she seems to pick fights with anyone who even looks at her the wrong way. She cries a lot and talks incessantly about her mums death which, while it should inspire sympathy in the viewers, just makes me think of her as an attention seeking media w***e. In saying that I can see the appeal of the show, it is great car crash TV!

The Living Lohan show bored me to be frank. I’m not that interested in the new music career of Lindsay Lohans 14 year old sister, less interested in her old mum who is very obviously trying to realise her dreams through her daughters. It might grow on me though, so I’ll give the show another chance next week and report back!
