Made In Chelsea’s Louise Thompson says ex Spencer Matthews wont find love on The Bachelor as they are still together!!!
Ohh, this story just get’s juicier and juicier!
Made In Chelsea’s Louise Thompson has come out and said that co-star and ex boyfriend, Spencer Matthews will not find love in his new role as Channel 5′s The Bachelor, as they are still very much a couple, unofficially, according to Entertainmentwise.
Thompson, who received death threats when she cheated on former boyfriend, Matthews best friend Jamie Laing to reunite with Spencer on a recent birthday trip to Dubai, was left looking very rejected when, barely weeks after Matthews declared that this time their relationship was the real deal, he accepted an offer from Channel 5 to front their super successful dating show, The Bachelor.
The couple officially broke up after news spread, but it has now emerged that Thompson is still “in love” with Matthews, and has declared he will not find love on the show as he loves her too, and that the pair are still an item!
Speaking to Reveal magazine, Thompson admitted:
“We may not be together in a physical sense, but that’s only down to the fact that he isn’t allowed to see me when he’s filming. But we’re still speaking every day and I still love him.”
She went on to explain: “Officially, we aren’t together, but I won’t get with anyone else… I ask Spencer what he’s been up to. I know he’s kissed some of them, but I think it’s unlikely he’ll fall in love with one of them. By the sounds of it, I don’t have much to worry about at all. I think a couple of them work in strip clubs.”
However, she did admit there was a slight possibility that Matthews will forget her as soon as the series premier titles have finished rolling:
“That’s the way the show works and if he does end up with someone he really likes, then he’ll inevitably sleep with her. Then I’ll have to fully move on.”
On the end of their relationship, Thompson went on to say:
“It wasn’t really a dumping thing. It just kind of happened. It was just a good idea. It was a mutual decision.”
However, reports in The Mirror newspaper claimed that Matthews had stated that the couple had split because of “arguing about petty things,” whilst Matthews official statement confirming his new role as The Bachelor said:
“I truly believe that the time is right to look for, and hopefully find during the process of this series, someone with whom I can share a loving and meaningful relationship.”
So, sham or no sham, we can’t help but smile when we imagine the smugness Jamie Laing will feel when he reads this news.
