The Bachelor, Spencer Matthews, has revealed that he is keen for his ex girlfriend, and former Made In Chelsea co-star, Caggie Dunlop to watch him in his new dating show and give her opinion, despite having previously dismissed both Dunlop and other ex girlfriend, and current Made In Chelsea co-star, Louise Thompson.

Matthews and Dunlop have dated on and off since the show began, but their turbulent relationship came to an end after she quit the programme to concentrate on her music career during the last series.

After that Matthews  and Thompson got together during a trip to Dubai during the last series of Made In Cheslea, despite the fact that Louise was seeing Matthews best friend, Jamie Laing.  The pair came home to a whirlwind of abuse and disgust at their actions, which left Laing broken-hearted, and despite defending their actions by saying their love was the real deal, literally weeks later they had announced that their brief relationship was over.

It was a matter of days after this that the news that Matthews had signed up to take the crown from Gavin Henson to take part as this years The Bachelor, a dating show where has to audition girls to be his girlfriend, and since then Louise has been a complete defensive insisting that they will always love each other and that they were still secretly an item.

In a statement Matthews made regarding his position on The Bachelor he commented that he was keen to put his previous relationships behind him as he strove to find true love on the show, but said that he would invite both Dunlop and Thompson to his wedding as friends, and nothing else.

However, according to Female First website, he has now revealed that he wants more than friendship from Dunlop, he wants her advice about the show and the woman he eventually picks to be his new girlfriend.

This may be a problem though, as Dunlop doesn’t have a television set, and recently responded to his request by saying: ”My old ‘Made in Chelsea’ co-star Spencer Matthews is desperate for me to watch his show ‘The Bachelor’, but I keep telling him I can’t. He says he really wants my opinion because I know him so well.

“I speak to him at least once a week. He’s not trying to make me jealous with the show – that would never happen.”

However she was quick to emphasis that while the pair continuously flirt, there was no chance that she would be getting back together with Matthews, who she has known since she was 15.

She added: “We’ve known each other since I was about 15. We knew the same people and kept bumping into each other at parties, but we’ve never dated. We just flirt. My mum likes him!”

The new series of Made In Chelsea will begin filming later on the year after being postponed due to the Olympics.
