hey, im an 18yr old student, and i watched this programme last night! i go out alot just like many others and i do binge drink totally unaware of the consequences which it has. watching michelle’ programme has really opened my eyes and me and my boyfriend couldnt believe the affect it has! before uni i rarely used to drink and as i am a small girl i would find id get drunk really quickly, but the more i go out the more i need to drink to feel drunk. i too get the feeling where my heart skips several beats and starts to race i put that down to redbull but michelle’sdocumentary has really made me consider things.

seeing a celebrity go out of their way putting themselves in a not so nice position to prove a point deserve rewarding.

i hope michelle realises that her effort and work has been so beneficial to me and many others and so worth while! i am going to try to reduce my binge drinking, and thankyou for this documentary! brilliant! x

Michelle – I have just watched your documentary. I just want to say how brave you are to have kept going to get your message across for the good of all other recreational drinkers. I really do hope that your programme hits the spot with our young adults. it really did illustrate your point in a graphic manner. Lets hope that your position as a heroine of society will encourage our young adults to be more sensible when boozing. I admire for your courage to keep boozing and feeling you had to make that point. the programme didnt show the aftermath at all, but i pray that you manage to give up alcohol overindulgence afterwards. I imagine it was difficult to even cut down after the end of the programme, never mind stop. When you’re hung-over it is easy to stop drinking. It’s the next day that you want more. I wish you luck. You deserve a medal.

Well done Michelle, clearly we do need someone to show us the error of
how ways.
It had an impact on me and I wouldn’t have even classed myself as a Binge Drinker!

Isn’t this dangerous, especially if she used to be a binge drinker and has already caused herself damage, anything that has healed by her stopping will be damaged again and may not heal so well this time. I think we all know what the dangers of binge drinking is without someone actually doing it and maybe damaging their health.
