Despite the fact that evil Dana Martin – who is reportedly so obsessed with Justin Bieber, he has a tattoo of the teenaged star – is serving a life sentence for the brutal rape and murder of a 15 year old girl, it’s been revealed today that he masterminded a plot to kidnap Bieber and have him castrated before murdering him.

Several media outlets in America report that Martin conspired with two men on the outside to carry out the torture and murder, and offered the hired killers $5,000; $2,500 per testicle.

They were instructed to murder Bieber’s bodyguards when they abducted the Canadian star, and apparently two other victims were planned, but their names weren’t released.

The Sun reports, “The gang were allegedly poised to strike as Bieber played sold-out concerts at New York’s Madison Square Garden on November 28 and 29…

“But the star was spared after Martin told jail wardens about the plot.”

A court in the States was told that Martin came up with his evil plan after sending Bieber dozens of letters without receiving a reply.

Court documents stated, “This perceived slight made Mr. Martin upset and that, coupled with Mr. Martin’s perception of being a `nobody’ in prison, led him to begin plotting the kidnap and murder of Victim 3.”

The men hired to carry out the murder were alleged to be Tanner Ruane and his uncle, 41-year-old Mark Staake. When arrested, they were found to have newly purchased pruning shears in their vehicle.

A police document presented in the case reads, “When Mr Martin asked what Mr Staake had bought to castrate the victims, Mr Ruane stated that he had bought a pair of hand-held hedge clippers.

“In response to Mr Staake’s reluctance to follow through with the castrations, Mr Ruane stated he was going to do it and get ‘five large for each one I get’.

“Mr Martin confirmed that Mr Ruane was going to get $2,500 per testicle.”

New Mexico State Police have yet to decide if Martin will face charges as he is already serving life.

However a New York State Police spokesman said cops believed Martin may be responsible for other kidnaps and murders across America.

Yesterday, Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun said, “We take every precaution to protect and ensure the safety of Justin and his fans.”
