It has of course been widely speculated that One Direction star Niall Horan has a case of the hots for US singing sensation – and X Factor USA judge – Demi Lovato…

And today, the Sun reports that any romance that may happen between Demi and Niall is just ticketyboo by her sisters Dallas Lovato and Madison De La Garza.

Just FYI, Madison plays the role of Eva Longoria’s daughter Juanita Solis in the now defunct hit US comedy drama, Desperate Housewives.

But back to the story at hand, and Demi’s siblings had what the paper describes as “a chance encounter” with Niall in Los Angeles over the weekend, during which Dallas reportedly yelled at Niall, “You have a crush on my sister!”

However, perhaps realizing she may have caused Niall some embarrassment, she later tweeted him apologizing for her actions and branding him “adorable…”

She wrote, “@NiallOfficial I feel bad if I embarrassed u 2day at pier ur adorable.”

Meanwhile, in a tweet to Demi, Dallas wrote “Best day ever at pier w/@ambermontana111 and @Maddielovesyou1!

“Nice meeting u @NiallOfficial sry if I embarrassed u ”.

But she needn’t have worried because Niall later replied, “@dallaslovato good to meet you! was funny! bit random but ey!”

Last week, he of course said Demi’s “cool” and hinted that there could be something more than friendship between them.
