Harry Styles has admitted that he likes to let it all hang out when he’s sleeping, in fact most of the One Direction lads do.

The handsome singers revealed in a recent interview that they don’t like to wear pyjamas or even boxer shorts in bed, preferring to let their willies breath and roam free.

In an chat with radio station 93.3 FLZ the stars revealed that like Joey from Friends, they like to go commando.

“I always sleep naked” said Louis.

“It’s so much better…” Niall Horan continued, with Louis agreeing:

“It’s just so much easier.”

“It’s been in your boxers all day, restricted, it needs time to breathe.”

Harry is a fan of the no pants in bed rule and joked “Let it alllllll hang out you know?”

Giving what could be classed as TMI (but we secretly love it) Horan teased fans saying:

“I did it last night.”
