One Direction 2012: “Our new album has much heavier sound”
In the aftermath of the confirmation of One Directions new album, Take Me Home, it seems that the entire nation is hanging on every piece of information about it, bit by bit!
And what piece of gossip is there more juicy than for them to hint at a style change, as they describe their second album’s sound as ‘heavier’ than their previous album, Up All Night!
Discussing Take Me Home, Niall Horan told American Idol host and DJ, Ryan Seacrest: “We’ve been very, very happy about it, because we’re obviously nervous – the second album you never know what you’re going to get from it.”
“But we’re really excited about it. It’s really fun, very heavy on guitars and drums, so we’re super excited about it.”
Meanwhile, it would appear that Britain’s best export will be going up against the US teenage dream, Justin Bieber at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards.
Harry, Liam, Niall, Zayn and Louis have been nominated in the Best New Artist category and Best Pop Video, along with the Bieb, making certain for a head to head battle with photo finish, we are sure!

I`m definitely gonna stand up for One Direction,I don`t hate Justin,but I think he does not deserve that award for most share-worthy video,and I notice that Directioners are more active then Beliebers…I think that 1D boy r gonna win this award for sure!<3 #voteonedirection
