Humble British singing sensation, One Direction, have revealed their more sensitive side by announcing their manly pampering session on Twitter!

The hand-picked Simon Cowell boy band creation, have swapped their usual video game and ladish backstage antics with  more relaxing, and some what vain, preening sessions instead.

The band, consisting of band members, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, took to social networking site, Twitter, to poke fun at their new regimes, with Harry Styles posting a photo of band mate  Zayn Malik, looking up at the camera sat on a sofa, whilst getting a manicure.

Styles wrote: ‘Bit of manly pampering…’

However, Styles does not have much room to talk, as he is also guilty of  indulging in a bit of personal maintenance, as he was snapped recently having his teeth whitened to fit in with the celebrity pool of Hollywood smiles.  In the picture, Styles can be seen with his lips held apart with a specialist device whilst undergoing the procedure at the dentist.

Despite this change in habbit, the boys are still attracting fans in their thousands, all desperate to come and watch them perform on their sell out US tour, which is being supported by former X Factor runner-up, Olly Murs.

Murs, who has had to leave Caroline Flack flying the Xtra Factor flag solo until the Live shows due to the tour, posted a photo on Twitter showing the crowd at the Toronto show last night, tweeting: ’PIC of @onedirection fans in toronto this evening!! Amazing crowd!! WHAT A BUZZ!!’
