So we’re passed the halfway mark, it’s week five on the Biggest Loser and the competition is growing as their weight is diminishing.
The growing divide in the house throwing pressure on both the contestants and the trainers after Rob Edmonds’ Black Team made a controversial elimination decision last week. Rob, unhappy with their choice, ensures that his team are given their just deserts for making such a contentious choice and losing the weekly challenge.

Jennifer Ellison found herself in a face off against free-runner Sebastien Foucan on this evening’s Dancing On Ice live show.
As part of this week’s twist, the former Brookside actress had to compete against Seb on the rink, and at the end both stars knew that only one of them would be granted immunity from elimination on the following results show.

Celebrity Big Brother Day 20 update

Michael is the first housemate up. As he washes his feet he says to himself, but seemingly addressing Big Brother “Sorry I can’t bring something more exciting”. He heads into the garden to walk around in the rain. He says “when it rains, it’s like a little reminder from God – don’t forget me, I’m here… In England I always hear people complaining about the weather, but I love it” adding “love you Big Brother.”
Later, Michael and Romeo talk about evictions in the garden. “Big Brother is being very secretive about evictions” Michael says, adding “Somebody’s gotta go because of that fight” Romeo speculates that it could be Nicola, and it could be the Twins, dependent on who is backing their corners on the outside. Michael says “it’s such a ruthless process, it’s a TV show but we’re all getting so emotionally caught up in it.”

The National Television Awards is a massive event in the UK, not least because the awards are voted for by the public. In tonight’s awards ceremony we saw Matt Smith win best male drama performance, Karen Gillen win Best Drama Performance (Female) for Doctor Who and Alan Carr pick up Best Chat Show for Chatty Man.
We were also treated to a little bum shake by Dermot O’Leary shaking his ass again on the X Factor!
We enjoyed laughing at some of the red carpet fashions too. Tulisa Contostavlos in particular looked ridiculous in a pink, feathery, flamingo type strapless dress. We have no idea what she was thinking! She also went overboard with the tan – have a look at all the photos on StyleJacking.

The 17th National Television Awards will be broadcast LIVE and in peak time from London’s 02 Arena on Wednesday 25th January 2012. Hosted by Dermot O’Leary, the night honours the stars of the small screen in the only TV awards ceremony voted for by the public.
Year after year, The X Factor has triumphed in the Talent Show category, but could Strictly Come Dancing triumph this time round as the two go head to head for a NTA trophy. They’ll also be battling it out against Dancing on Ice and Britain’s Got Talent, who are also nominees.

Romeo told his fellow Celebrity Big Brother housemates about the fall of his group So Solid Crew yesterday.
The 31 year old rapper shot to fame back in 2001, as one of the front men from the urban musical collective from South London, England, whose hits include “Oh No (Sentimental Things)” and “21 Seconds”.

Lauren Pope is reportedly planning to have her breast implant removal surgery filmed and aired on the new series of The Only Way Is Essex.
The 28-year-old star recently revealed that she is one of the thousands of women in the UK, who had breast enlargement surgery using implants made by French firm Poly Implant Prothese. It has recently been reported that these pose a huge health risk to women, because they are filled with industrial grade rather than medical grade silicone.

Bruno Tonioli has admitted that he would be happy for Kara Tointon to join the Strictly Come Dancing judging panel later this year.
The dance expert and long standing judge of the BBC reality TV series made the admissions when talking about possible replacements for Alesha Dixon, who left the show after the last series to join the panel of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent.

Andrew Lloyd Webber is leaving the BBC and bringing his search for a star to ITV1 and insiders say the new show will have more than a hint of the X Factor about it.
It was revealed earlier this month that the musical genius would be switching channels this summer and would be looking for an actor and singer to take on the lead role in his hit musical ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’, one with a rock edge to his voice.
