Peter Andre has admitted that despite their breakup, he is“still attracted” to Elen Rivas.

The singer who used to be married to Katie Price, split from the Spanish model earlier this month because of his working commitments, and thinks that despite their breakup, they will stay good friends.

He wrote in his column for new! magazine: “I met Elen for a coffee last week and it was great to see her. I’m not just saying this, but we really do get on like a house on fire. We’re coffee buddies. Or CBs, as I like to call it!

“The decision to stop seeing each other in a romantic way was completely amicable and mutual and there are no hard feelings. I think we’ll actually end up being really close friends, as we’ve got a lot of time for each other.

“There’s no doubt that we’re still attracted to each other, but that isn’t always enough. She was taking the p**s out of me when we went for coffee, as when I tried to pay, she was like, ‘You don’t need to pay for me now you’re not my boyfriend any more!’ She’s so funny.”

Peter recently admitted h ended his five-month relationship with Elen because his busy schedule meant it was “not fair” to bring anyone else into his life.

He said: “It’s just not practical for me to be in any sort of relationship at the moment.

“I did adore Elen, she is so stunning. But the truth is, I just didn’t get the chance to see her in the end. It’s not for to ask her to put up with me being on the road for weeks at a time.”
