Peter Andre has revealed that he’d love to take over from Paul O’Grady to present the Channel 4 show.

Rumours have been rife that Peter’s in line for the job, but he’s so far refused to confirm or deny it.

Writing in his regular New! column, Peter said, “I can’t really comment on this just yet, but I will say that I loved filling in for him back in November.

“It was such a laugh and I’ve always hoped to do more television presenting in the future…

“In fact, it would be my dream job.”

Peter also revealed that this year, Valentine’s Day had been “different” for him, but he added that he hasn’t ruled out having a new relationship.

He said, “All I know is that I want my next relationship to hit me like a ton of bricks…

“I want to be totally bowled over and would love to be like, ‘This is it! This is The One!’

“I’m not going to settle for anything less.”
