Peter Andre has revealed that he will make a “big announcement” about his career in two weeks’ time.

Andre was recently reported to have landed a lucrative deal with Channel 4, which would see him hosting his own Friday night chatshow, the network later denied the rumours. Then sources claimed that Pete would be standing in for Paul O’Grady when he went on holiday in May.

Andre wrote in new! magazine: “There was one story last week saying I have my own Friday night chatshow and another saying that I’m replacing Paul O’Grady on his daytime show but I really can’t say anything about this at the moment.

“What I will say is that I have got a big announcement to make about something, but I won’t be making it for a couple of weeks. Sorry guys!”

Please God don’t let it be that he and Katie are reuniting and launching yet another ITV2 show about their mended relationship. We just don’t think we could cope with that!
