Peter Andre is said to be urging his ex wife Katie Price to enter a rehab clinic, over fears for her mental health.

Now magazine reports that friends of the glamour model say she is ‘desperately unhappy and acting erratically’ and Peter Andre seems concerned about her wellbeing, as well as that of his children.

‘She’s scared she’s made a terrible mistake by losing Pete, marrying Alex and now trying for a baby with him,’ a source said.

‘She’d love to turn the clock back, but she knows what’s done is done. Her pride will never let her beg Pete for another chance.’

Andre spent time in a psychiatric hospital following a breakdown in his twenties and reportedly wants Katie to try it too. He is even said to be planning to meet her after her current holiday in Egypt.

‘Despite everything, she’s his children’s mum,’ says a source.

‘He genuinely wants her to be OK.’

‘He’s a huge advocate of therapy. He knows how bad things can get.’
