Phillip Magee: Raise Your Game
Phillip Magee, what are you playing at?
Firstly, being constantly introduced by Louis Walsh as ‘the most nervous contestant’ isn’t likely to win you fans! If you’ve got nerves, get over them. You’re on the X-Factor to become a star, aren’t you? You’d better get used to audiences - fast!
Secondly, your (or Louis’) song choices stink! I don’t believe for a second Wind Beneath My Wings is a song any guy would willingly sing!
I liked Phillip’s suggestion on the live show that he’d like to do some rock and roll. X-Factor’s been missing a rocker this year - but can Phillip rock?
He’s got the looks and the voice to be a star, but he’ll need to work on his material for next week. Better songs and a more confident stage presence will hopefully turn things around for him, but at the moment I consider him to be one of the weaker contestants.
Anyway, I’m looking forward to his performance next week….
