Piers Morgan is reportedly keen to launch a new reality talent show, which searches for outstanding British musicians.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge is hoping to link his talent show with a new category in the BRIT Awards.

A source told Metro: “He’ll be trying to find a short list of talent to be in the running for the Brit Awards’ new gong – the ‘Class Act Award’.

“Piers will be searching schools all over the country to find the next big thing and kids who are true musicians and not just good singers.”

ITV and Sky are both said to be interested i landing the show.
