Pimp My Ride UK – New Series!

Pimp My Ride UK – the number one car modification show – returns exclusively to MTV with a blinging new series on Sunday 8th April at 9:30pm.
Tim Westwood is back in the driving seat, overseeing some of the biggest challenges the Carisma crew have faced yet.
The first episode of six, sees the Pimp team lending their talents to a worthy cause as they transform a group of elderly ladies’ rust encrusted mini bus into a luxurious coach cruiser complete with state of the art TV screens.
Further disasters the team encounter include one van aptly named ‘Toilet’ by its owner! Another pitiful vehicle is in such bad shape the exhaust is virtually non-existent and the dashboard has been removed.
Can Westwood and the Pimp team save these loveable old bangers from the scrapheap?
Tune-in as they unleash their genius on six more car casualties.

i have been trying to apply to pimp my ride competetion, but finding it very difficult to get to uk site, as your on line application form keeps on asking me for the state i line as in america. i am one of the fans of your show and very proud of what you does for people. My gran has a vauxhall sporte 4×4 p.reg its been passed from daughter to mum ,as we all know my gran.she keeps it clean from inside to outside and she would like someone to try and fix it one day because she needs it for going places and helping others.As she is very young for a gran and helpful with others.I would like it to be fixed because we have lots of fun and singing in it and it is sad to see it go as the garage has just said get rid of it because no parts are avilable any more.And we think you could fix it.Megan age 10 and Sophie age 5. p.s if you can fix it that would be wonderful.Thank you Megan p.ss rusty is eating our banger!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont think this elusive application form exists. the only site i have found where i thought i may be able to apply, the closing date was jan 2007…. also says you have to be between 18 and 30..thats ageist. if anyone does find this site that we are all looking for please let us know. i have an old jag in desperate need of TLC.. thanks

my mums white with rusty lines down the side landrover is soo ugly when she drives it it makes a ticking noise and she stops it in front of my friends to drop me off and the breaks squeek my friends laugh at me and people call it a farm vehicle it is soo embarising i hate being seen in public in it all it is good for is nothing please email me the application form to print out for my mum she wants it pimped too even her boyfriend laughs at it i have to sit on the wooden beches in the back or the seat that isnt even attached to the car. please help west wood please pimp my mums and my familys embarrising ride xxxxxxxxxxxislaxxxxxxxxxxx

My 18 year old son Dan has just passed his driving test. He has a very old A Reg Ford Fiesta MK2 in baby blue, which the Police used to drive !

My daughter is an avid Beetle fan, she bought one 5 years ago, neading work, and on the understanding I would do the job for her,I started on it but had to stop after 6 months due to health problems, it is now standing forlornly on her drive deteriatig slowly. but as ahole is in reasonable condition needing basicly the spare wheel compartment floor section welding,the interier sorting and a good respray. My daughter has many model Beetles,but has never driven an actual Beetle car, and to get this one road worthy and not scraped would be one helaver suprise for her. regards, Brian

I was wondering how to get an application to get onto Pimp My Ride UK.. I bought an old 15 seater minibus (random i no) to turn into a sort of party bus with a jacuzzi and plasma’s etc.. hi i am a mother with four boys and my husband drives a space cruiser .It is fulling apart we have to push it every time we go any were as the starter has gone the smell of petrol is really bad and takeing the kids to school in it every day is not good .He all so runs a under 14s football team and he just throws the stuff in the back all muddy so the smell is not good please please can you consider pimping our ride we need your help

hey, I’m a single mum with 4 sons aged 8, 5, 4 and 1.
I’m drivin an L reg toyota lucida that is quite literally a shed!!! (the sliding door wont open wen its cold) it has stripey curtains ( my kids are thankful for them because at least no one can see them in it!)

im rose im 26 and im a single parent! i must say i have a real fettish for cars!!!fidling,cleaning, polishing and just love to know everything about my car n others too.
i m driving a k reg mercedes 190 e 1.8 i know a large car for a little lady hahah.but i love it. it in excellent condition but its looking very dated with strange creamy coloured interor and oh yeah it marroon, not the best of colours i know.however it does have alloys which i have hardly scrapped!! i would just like a little help to update the old girl shes a great classic car, well looked after and just needs a make over to keep the merc 190 s image and to also show people i know that mercedes arent an old mans car. we do have a little rattle on the exshast and 1 snapped spring, oh and she cuts out at junctions ahhahah how enbarrasing!! but i hope you can help! thanks, come on the old girl needs ya! xxx

I hope you can help me, because if you don’t, my husband will get rid of my beloved car, sell it as scrap! I have an old Ford Dorchester which still runs beautifully, but the body is showing its age. To make matters worse, somebody pranged into it in Matalan car park and drove off, leaving a dent, a broken door handle and cracked bodywork. Now with all the damp weather, it has begun to rust. But I love the car! Please save my car. Even my husband agrees that only if it is pimped, it will stay. I hope to hear from you soon.

hi another 1 to add to the list! not able to find out how to apply for pimp my ride, not for me i have a new car, but the kids are embarrassed when going out in their dads old perguot estate, he is gonna be 40 in september and they want to do something really special for their dad, but as they are 11 10 9 7 they cant afford to pay much for a present, as to young for a paper round! they love the show which is where they come up for the idea, hate having to disapoint them by not even being able to fill in an application form, please advise, kindest regards in advance.

Hi there pimp my ride guys
Please help me by pimping my ride, what can i say my husbands car is a m reg skoda as if that isnt enought it is faded red and looks like someone has splashed black paint over it, we could really do with your help as it rattles and is so havey to drive. we really need this car as we have had alot of family problems and have had 3 cars in the last 3 months as they seem so go wrong all the time and we really need a car as i live about 100 miles away from mu mum and she has been ill with breast and bowel cancer so we like to try to get to see her reguarly but cannot as our cars never seem to last. we would really like this one doing as my mum brought us this car about 6 weeks ago and we would really love to keep it because she got it us. put my husband is learning to drive and it would be a lovely surprise for him to, my family watch your show all the time and i think it would be great to keep a good old skoda on the road and to meat you guys to please help pimp my ride.

Hi Guys at westwood .. I have a 1994 renault clio in some serious need of some TLC.
The interia a gett worn down and franckly starting to smell a bit. My sun roof has a small leak and so when its been raining i get a small shower. All the outside paint work is becoing a little rusty and the wheels are out of this world horrible.

Hey Westwood and all at Pimp my ride Uk,
My beloved ford granada scorpio estate car was once a fine speciman of a vehicle. It is still the coolest car on the road due to it’s personality but visually is somewhat lacking these days,. It is used to transport all kinds of stuff and never moans… We play in a band and it’s used to transport us to gigs but it also used for moving houses, garden waste, general crap etc. It’s a bit rusty and scratched and could do with a bit of TLC other than its yearly wash.. I will never get rid of the car as despite being referred to as an old mans car, i know it’s a beauty and deserves to be offically pimped.
I often think how cool it would look on the road if it had a westwood style makeover as it’s a beast of a machine and I doubt whether anyone has ever pimped a ford granada estate car!
