Pink: “I turned down X Factor, American Idol and The Voice!”
Now that all the judging seats are finally taken on both X Factor’s, singer Pink has come out and claimed she was offered a job on the US version of the show, but turned it down.
Not just the X Factor either it would seem, as she has also claimed to have turned down judging jobs on both American Idol and The Voice US.
The mum-of-one said her decision came from believing that people would dislike her for being too honest, saying:
“I was offered The Voice in Australia plus American Idol and The X Factor.
“I said no because you can’t be honest. People will hate you if you’re honest.”
She went on to add that X Factor boss Simon Cowell is the only judge who can voice his true opinion, in her humble one!
“Simon Cowell is the only person who gets away with it because he’s got an accent. And he’s a man.
“People would just hate me more than they already do. I don’t want to hurt anybody’s feelings.”

That sucks that she wouldnt do any of the shows. I could see not wanting to do Idol it’s on the way out anyways. And I know she wouldn’t want to do X Factor cuz of LA Reid & that show isn’t all that. But I think she would of been perfect on The Voice. I personally would never of hated her for being honest. And really she shouldnt care if ppl started hating her for expressing her view pt on ppl on a show. She doesnt need those ppl anyways and those ppl are probably ppl who already dont like her. I think she made a mistake not sigining up to do The Voice although I think she be better on the US one if a seat had come up and def. be perfect for the Voice UK. Jessie J is gone and Tom is probably too. Oh well it sucks but will move on.
