Pole dancer Kat is to be sent home from Paris Hilton’s new reality TV show after falling ill.

Last week we saw Kat being rushed to hospital with mystery stomach pains and in tonight’s show Paris tells her that she is just too plain ill to stay.

Other highlights from tonight’s show include Samuel making ‘Fairy Fag Cakes’ for Paris and Paris asking one of the girls to be her pet (see above clip)…..oh the joy!

Paris Hilton’s British Best Friend, Thursday, February 5 at 9pm, ITV2.
