Project Catwalk: Team Work On Caprice Lingerie Line

With only six designers left, the pressure is really on and this week the designers are presented with a sexy challenge that not only bares their models but also bares their souls.

Keeping up the tension, the designers are divided into two teams with the commercial challenge of creating a capsule collection for the By Caprice Lingerie Line.

This is one of the hardest challenges that the designers have ever faced as none of them have ever created lingerie before and they are pushed to their absolute limits with both time management and creating a commercial design that is marketable with a new edge.

Something that Giles just can’t get his head around and even Monika struggles with a heartfelt catwalk appeal to the judges as she admits she’s messed up!

To increase the pressure, the designers are told by Ben that their make time has been shortened and they will be whisked away to a mystery location but must have their designs finished by the time they arrive.

With panic in the air, the designers frantically hand sew their lingerie on the mini bus in an effort to finish in time – little do they know that waiting in store for them is a live broadcast on Ideal World where they must each pitch their designs in a 5 minute presentation.

With wrong size bras on models, oversized gussets and undersized knickers, it’s a sizzling catwalk show that’s not to be missed.

Judging the designers’ new looks are top designer Julien MacDonald, style director of Grazia magazine Paula Reed, guest judge Caprice and host, Kelly Osbourne.

Each week the budding designers face elimination based on how they meet the challenges set for them by the panel until only three remain. The three finalists will each showcase full lines on the catwalk and the winning designer’s garments will be photographed for top women’s magazine Grazia and will also receive the seed money to help them launch their own line.

This episode will air on Sky One on Monday 19th February at 9pm
