RAMSAY’S KITCHEN NIGHTMARES USA: Seascape restaurant

Hell hath no fury like an angry chef, and no chef has a sharper temper than Gordon Ramsay when things go wrong in the kitchen. Now Gordon has taken Kitchen Nightmares across America, giving some of the worst restaurants Stateside a wake-up call they’ll never forget.
The venue for this week’s programme is the Seascape restaurant in the seaside village of Islip in Long Island, New York. Owner Peter Matthews has been struggling for seven years to make the business viable and now – nearly $1,000,000 in debt – he’s nearly reached the end of the line. Meanwhile head chef Doug presides over a kitchen where unprotected meat and fish sit next to mouldy pesto jars, all surrounded by walls hidden in layers of grease so thick that they need to be scraped clean. Cue Gordon, whose radical plan to resuscitate Seascape requires an instant shutdown for staff and diners alike. Will his clean sweep bring it back to life, or is Seascape already past saving?

Sir Gordon Ramsay is the best when it comes to Food health and kitchen sanitization. I adore his Assertivness. I can only wish the I had the Honor to work for this man, Him and I have the same views when it come to food leaving the kitchen Mint clean.
I have been ambitious about watching this man impose his knowledge in the commercial kitchens of Longisland where I was Born and raised. Longisland is one of the filthiest places to eat when it comes to eating out. I know, I have worked many of them only to find myself Fired because of kitchen standards like Gordon, Only gordon is richer then I.
