I think we can confidently assume none of Gordon’s kitchens are comparable to the cesspool seen in that episode.

I think the multi-michelin star adorned chef can quite confidently put a 2-bit arrogant chef with a disgusting kitchen in his place, and after all, that’s why we watch the show.

Yet despite the entertainment value, he is there to help them because they’ve requested it, and his approach appears to work. Did you know that one of the restaurants he helped turn around on the UK version of the show subsequently earned a Michelin star?

Gordon, you’re an excellent chef but please, be sure your own restaurant is clean before giving lessons to others. Especially, when you said : “You will never see this in my restaurant.”
