The British oyal family have granted film-makers rare behind-the-scenes access for an upcoming reality TV series.

Monarchy, set to air on BBC1 next year, will feature footage gained after following royals including Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince Harry for a year.

Producer Andy Goodsir says, “Viewers will enjoy and unprecedented insight into the way in which the monarch carried out not only her traditional constitutional roles, but also her duties as a modern head of state.”
