F Word chef, Gordon Ramsay revealed on GMTV that despite the lack the food critics, he couldn’t live in LA because of all the silicone.

Talking on GMTV about life in the States, the fiery chef said: “La-La Land – I love it. It’s hideously fun, tacky, pretentious - everything you’d want out of a city…and hardly any food critics. Could I live out there full time? Being surrounded by all that silicone would get on your t**s after a while wouldn’t it?”

The Kitchen Nightmares star added he’s recently been through a midlife crisis – trying to surf for the first time aged 40.

“Trying to get a 15-stone beached whale on a board, and not looking like a c**k at the same time – is not easy. Get a wetsuit two sizes too small so you look really buff. It sucks everything in and you just stand there all nice and buffed up in this amazing wetsuit and everyone’s saying, ‘Hey look at him. Chef Ramsay – he looks fit.’ Bulls**t – it’s my wetsuit.”
