Sooooo, it turns out it’s official! Justin Bieber either just gave the world the greatest Christmas present, or the worst depending on your psychological status…

Last night, the teeny pop star announced on his official Twitter feed that he is “officially retiring” at the grand old age of 19… what a thing to tell your fans on Christmas Day.

Despite being only 19 years old, Bieber has been in the industry for quite a few years now – since he was 12, in fact.

Over those years, bieber has achieved a great deal. He’s won awards and his music has achieved phenomenal acclaim, but he has caused quite a bit of controversy along the way.

From taking a leak in a kitchen to arriving 2 hours late at a few of his concerts and all those hit and run claims in between, Bieber has been at the brunt of the press for some time. He thinks this is unfair. But, he shouldn’t behave in a way that gives the press something to write about then, right?

However, he took to Twitter on Christmas Eve… or Christmas Day depending where you live, to tell his fans that the reports are true and that he is indeed retiring.

Rumours began to circulate last week when he appeared on a radio show and said that his latest album would be his last as he’s retiring.

Since then, a source has claimed that he is just “being a little punk” and that he isn’t retiring… we just don’t know what’s going on.

Bieber later tweeted: “The media talks a lot about me. They make up a lot of lies and want me to fail but I’ve never leaving you, being a belieber is a lifestyle”.

But then he went on to tweet “IM HERE FOREVER (sic)” – make syour sodding mind up, Bieber.

“Be kind loving to each other, forgive each other as god forgave us through Christ Merry Christmas IM HERE FOREVER (sic),” he added.

So… Bieber is officially retiring. What’s your take on it? Did you cry into your Christmas turkey or did it make your party vibes even stronger?

Well honestly I am a belieber although all that went on but I will be a bit heartbroken that he is retiring but it might be for the best so the press would not have bad things to speak about Justin. COME ON JUSTIN!!!! AT LEAST ONE MORE YEAR DO NOT GIVE UP YOU COULD DO IT!!!!! And if you find you are still having mishaps then you could probably retire but plz prove to the press that you are the boy we knew the LOVING JUSTIN BEIBER!!!!
