After a night of tantrums and flared tempers Steve-O decided to cool his jets and leave Love Island today.

Steve spent the whole night ranting and raving about having no chocolate, and no beer, and about the general lack of respect that he felt he and the group were being shown.

Though Shane managed to calm him down, Steve still felt like he needed to leave the island this morning and the producers of the show were quick to agree.

Natalka Znak, Executive Producer of the show, said, “Steve-O became very emotional last night and again this morning, and was upsetting some of the other celebrities.

“We therefore agreed with him that he should go home.

“He has been great entertainment since he arrived on Monday, and we thank him for his contribution.�

Personally I think that the shows producers were worried about some of Steve’s dangerous stunts, such as catching a bee and stinging himself and balancing a knife on his nose, and were glad to get rid of such an insurance liability!
