Clive And Helga Leave Strictly Dance Fever
Clive Uter and Helga Helgdottier tonight made their first and last appearance on BBC1’s Strictly Dance Fever. When the public vote was counted and combined with the judges scores they joined Mark Williamson and Jennifer Mistry in the bottom two couples. Graham Norton just minutes ago revealed that Clive and Helga are the first couple to leave.the show
Their exit was something of a shock for viewers, contestants and the judges alike. The judges comments about Clive and Helga’s first two performances were less than impressive.
“I saw great spins , I saw a lousy lift, but I saw something that was catastrophically boring,” said Arlene. “It was very clean very precise but very boring,” agreed Stacey. “There was no heat together,” added Ben
But during the group routine the pair seemed to realise what was at stake and danced amazingly. Both Stacey and Arlene chose them as the pair that most stood out from the rest of the group.
But it wasn’t enough. The public had already decided. For Clive Uter and Helga Helgdottier their first night was their final night.

I was very shocked that Clive and Helga were the first to leave. They were very good dancers, and just had the bad luck to be up first and had to set the standard. For some reason I do not understand Arlene and Stacey were unreasonably unkind. There were much lesser dancers they were much kinder to, saying things like: Your dancing was bad, but we like you, so do better next time. I think it is up to the public to pick who they like, and up to the judges to pick who dances well, and I firmly believe they have failed Clive and Helga
and should be ashamed of themselves.(I think they were a bit, and that is why they suddenly gave them such good reviews at the team dance) I also think that Clive and Helga were unlucky not to be seen in any shots talking or lauging, so the public really did not get to know them like the others. Altogeher I feel they have been hard done by, and personally I will boycott the rest of the series.
