Gavin Henson must be desperate for the magazine deals right now, because it has been reported that he has proposed to Carianne Barrow.

The Welsh rugby player of course met Carianne, 24, while filming Channel 5′s The Bachelor and after she fought off competition from 24 other beauties, he chose her as the special woman he wanted to pursue a relationship with.

However things moved faster than anyone could have predicted and insiders say that not only has Henson popped the question, but she said yes and already the duo are planning a lavish and expensive wedding.

‘They’re both thrilled and can’t wait to be husband and wife,’ Carianne’s friend told The Daily Star.

‘It’s all happened very quickly but they have really strong feelings for each other.’

The pair both said the magic three words during the series finale last month and the love must have blossomed quickly, as friends say that the couple will officially announce their engagement soon.

‘Gavin and Carianne can’t wait to tell the world they’re engaged,’ the source added.

‘They want to shout it from the rooftops.’
