i suffer really bad from emetaphobia could you suggest anything which i would bennefit from i really need help as it is effecting my life really badly, please, pleas help

I have a daughter of 17 who has a severe phobia of pigeons,
it is ruining her life and also her families.
Is there anything you can recommend. Do you use the panic room other than TV,
