The hair is big, but the drama is bigger. Based in the Garden State, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” follows five of the most affluent Jersey Girls as they live lavish lifestyles and deal with all the drama that money can buy.

The first episode of this new reality series showing the lives of five affluent housewives – Teresa, Jacqueline, Caroline, Dina and Danielle – in New Jersey reveals a surprising twist: three of the housewives are related. Meanwhile, Caroline, who owns two businesses, prepares for her son’s graduation party; mum-of-three Teresa plots her daughter Tia’s road to stardom after watching her dancing; Danielle goes on a date with a man she’s met online; and sisters-in-law Jacqueline and Dina get ready for a night on the town in Manhattan.
