The series was technically excellent and beautifully made and for me, its charm lies in the emotional roller coaster ride of getting things right and getting things wrong which anyone who has ever tried to achieve anything difficult in life can relate to. The prize is to work with Raymond Blanc and who would not want to do that. In any walk of life his charm, passion and skill would be an inspiration. I can no longer understand why we've never liked the French though I did have my wallet nicked in Marselles. Please bring this excellent program and its charismatic host back to our screens next year for I think "The Restaurant" is wholesome entertainment at its very, very best. Thank you.
