Looks like The Only Way Is Essex star’s, Lucy Mecklenburgh and Mario Falcone may be pipped to the post with regards to the first TOWIE wedding, as co-star Gemma Collins has revealed she wants to whisk her new boyfriend, original cast member, James Argent, away to Las Vegas to tie the knot!

Gemma and Arg have been seeing each other since the end of the last series of the hit reality show in a relationship that has been jam packed with drama, tears and fat jibes, but despite Gemma admitting she has never been unhappier, it would seem that the larger than life Essex beauty wants to cement their relationship by marrying her male chauvinist mate!

But, doubts aside, we can’t help but feel giddy over the thought of the cast glamming it up in Las Vegas to celebrate the event, with the thought of The Only Way Is Vegas topping the X Factor in the year’s must-see-TV category!

This revelation came during a boozy night out in Epping’s Villa Club on July 29 (isn’t Gemma meant to suspect she is pregnant??), caught on camera showing an exciting Gemma saying: “I’m going to Vegas in four weeks! We love each other, we’re getting married.”

And it would seem that this isn’t just a throw-away drunken declaration either, as according to the Mirror newspaper, Gemma has already started organising the trip, planned for the end of this month, including booking flights and planning to not only propose, but convince Arg to get married in a drive through wedding, dressed as Elvis!

She was asked if her family would be flying out to join them for the happy occasion, to which the busty blonde replied: “No, my mum’s not coming out, it’s just me and Arg. F**k it, we’re doing it, then we’ll have a big party when we get back.

“We love each other so much. Me and Arg have always loved each other. If you look back through all the series, there was always something there.”

However, Gemma may be setting herself up for huge disappointment as a source close to Arg told Now magazine:

“Arg wouldn’t want to marry Gemma,”

“He likes her a lot, they have fun and he loves her but more as a friend than a girlfriend. He feels the relationship won’t go the distance.

“He finds her very possessive and jealous. She doesn’t like it if he even looks at another girl and that’s caused tension between them.”

Either way, we can’t wait to watch the moment he finds out!
