With the TOWIE summer special, The Only Way Is Marbs, due to air in Wednesday, in a complete contrast from reports from when the gang first flew out suggesting hard partying and rule breaking pandemonium, looking at pictures today it would seem that either the show is more staged than we thought, or they all ran out of steam, as the holiday fizzles down to day time napping and texting over dinner!

Most of the cast have already flown back to the UK, but a few, including Lauren Goodger, Cara Kilbey and Frankie Essex, stayed on to carry the party on, although pictures released in the Daily Mail newspaper would suggest it was more like a pyjama party!

The pictures, published in yesterday’s paper, were tweeted by a friend of the gang, and show Cara, Lauren and Frankie sat around the Marbella dinner table, all engrossed in their phones.

Leyla Antoniou took to social networking site, Twitter, to post the picture along with the caption:  ’I went to dinner with my friends and their Blackberry’s@carakilbey @LaurenGoodger @FrankieEssex’, which was quickly retweeted by Lauren.

If you are wondering who it was they might have been texting, we have some theories.  As Billi Mucklow was nowhere to be seen, it is probably a safe assumption that she was on the receiving end of Cara’s blackberry phone.

And as for Lauren, it might be possible that her undivided  attention may have been aimed at a certain footballer, but which one is somewhat of a mystery still.

Goodger, who was previously engaged to former co-star, Mark Wright, was spotted earlier in the holiday flirting with  Spurs’ players Jake Livermore and Aaron Lennon and Stoke City player Jermaine Pennant has they hung out at a pool party.

Another picture that was released show the girls napping on the sofa’s of their holiday apartment, not very rock and roll, or maybe just the result of too much.

However, the male species of the show seemed to be keeping up the reputation for the show as they were pictured out and about on the town, looking in very high spirits.
