TOWIE: Corrie star Michelle Keegan upset over Lauren Goodger’s comments about Mark Wright!

In wake of former The Only Way Is Essex star, Lauren Goodger’s first, tell-all book, Secrets Of An Essex Girl, being released last week, her ex-fiancé, Mark Wright’s new girlfriend, Michelle Keegan is reportedly “fuming” over comments Lauren has made about them and their relationship.

Lauren, who quit the hit ITV2 reality show last year to take part in the popular ITV skating show, Dancing On Ice, released her first book, Secrets Of An Essex girl, on Valentine’s Day.

Speaking to us at Unreality TV beforehand, Lauren revealed that, while her book was less of an autobiography and more of a girls guide to life, she had included details of her relationship with Mark, who she was with for 10 years.

Speaking to us exclusively, Lauren said of the book:

“It’s not an autobiography; I am only young, though I would really like to do that one day. This is more about me, my family and friends coming into fame, my business, my image, my last relationship, style, celebrity friends – it’s kind of a girl’s guide to everything.”

However, now that the book has been released Coronation Street star Michelle is apparently unhappy about some of the content that Lauren has included, relating to her fella!

According to Heat! magazine, Michelle, who went public with her relationship with Wright at Christmas after secretly dating him since last summer, has reportedly told friends that Lauren needs to “back off!”

A source close to the star reportedly told Heat: “Michelle thinks Lauren should focus on her current relationship and not keep meddling with Mark. She’s still going on about things that happened between them two years ago.
“Michelle and Mark are completely in love, and neither of them have ever been happier.

“It seems like Lauren’s trying to drag them down with her claims that Mark was a bad boyfriend – and even a cheat, something Mark strenuously denies.”

Since her book has hit the shelves Lauren, who was voted off Dancing On Ice in her first week in the competition, has been rather vocal about her feelings about Mark, telling Digital Spy in a recent interview about her part in TOWIE and his career:

“If I wasn’t on it, he wouldn’t be where he is now. The whole show was about our relationship – the dramas, the split-ups, the engagement. What would he have been filming? He wants to be the next James Bond. Could he be? No. Maybe an Essex one.”
