Say what you want about The Only way Is Essex, but if it means that someone like Diags can get not just a taste of the action, but an all you can eat buffet’s worth, then show has to be pretty big!

Whilst the majority of TOWIE is spent watching all the beautiful people chopping and changing relationships with their beautiful co-stars, there is a section that is reserved to follow some of the, shall we say, less attractive antics of the shows single lads, such as Diags.

And it would seem that being on the hit ITV2 show has done wonders for Diags street cred with the ladies, as he has been pictured in today’s Daily Mail newspaper partying with some very attractive girls, all fighting for his attention.

The pictures were taken at Southend’s Element nightclub, ironic as that is exactly what Diags seemed to be in, on Friday night, and show the reality star surrounded by glamour models in the clubs VIP section.

Dressed in his uniformal  black T-shirt, a pair of jeans and navy blue Converse, Diags had taken to social networking site, Twitter, to express his excitement at the evening ahead, tweeting: ‘Southend tonight… Heading to the hotel then off to element!! #alreadycaptainingthelagboat’.

Hours later Diags, real name James Bennewith, was papped swigging booze straight from the bottle before snogging two of the models showering him with attention.  However, it seems that Diags may not be as fickle as we had all imagined, as it was one particular girl, Shannon Wood who was at the club celebrating her 18th birthday, who he set his real sights on, spending most of the night kissing and dancing up close and personal with the birthday girl.

No wait, hang on, might have been a bit hasty there in polishing his good name, as come the end of the evening the photographer pictured the Essex boy crammed into a lift with seven of the glamour models previously mentioned as they all made their way back to his hotel!

The unlikely TOWIE Romeo’s fantasy was short-lived, however,  as the girls were quickly asked to leave the hotel by staff, which one of the girls confirmed when she took to Twitter to tweet: ’@CourtnieQ @JamesBennewith @laceybanghard can’t believe we got chucked out the hotel room!!! Ha ha!!!’

Diags quickly responded by tweeting back: ‘@MissEmmaGlover @CourtnieQ @laceybanghard haha you got chucked out?! the party was going off at ours!! #party #partypooper #partysausage’

Undeterred by the interruption, Diags then re-issued the invite to the girls the following night by tweeting: ‘Southend done! Good night with the girls!! @MissEmmaGlover @laceybanghard @CourtnieQ …. On to Guildford tonight #anyoneforalagboat?’

Does the boy have no shame?  Course not, he is Diags!
