It was only earlier this year that The Only Way Is Essex star, Cara Kilbey, was complaining about her weight and discipline when it came to her diet, but pictures taken a few days ago of her in a skimpy bikini in Marbella show that these things are probably not worrying her much any more (see Daily Mail article here for the pictures.).

Cara, who recently ran the London Marathon, had taken to social networking site, Twitter, back in March to complain about her dieting habits, tweeting:

‘Every Monday I start another diet… So here goes… Up at 7 for a Run and back on The Dukan Diet.’

She later added: ‘OMG im so hungry. I HATE DIETS.’

But if the pictures today are anything to go by it would seem that she has finally found an agreeable balance, as she showed off her new and improved body at the side of the pool.

Cara was holidaying in the Spanish resort, made famous by the TOWIE crew, with best friend, and co-marathon runner, Billi Mucklow and boyfriend Tom Pearce, who all looked like they were having a great time in the sun.

However, things back in the UK have been pretty dramatic for Cara and Billi, who were seen embroiled in a viscous war of words with TOWIE co-star, Jessica Wright.

The sister of Mark Wright had confronted the two girls, dressed as playboy bunnies at Mick Norcross’ Vegas themed birthday bash in Sunday night’s episode, over allegations that they had been bad-mouthing her and her mum, Carol.

The girls weren’t taking any nonsense from the wannabe singer though, and after the row was intervened by Carol when it got out of hand, they took to their Twitter page to cryptically hint at the outcome of the feud to her fans, saying: ‘Just watched last night’s show. We stand our ground & the truth always comes out in the end, as you will see. Don’t start what you can’t finish!’
