It would seem that The Only Way Is Essex ‘star’, Lauren Goodger, has finally purchased herself a copy of How To Win Friends And Influence People, as she has emerged from the ashes of a multitude of hate campaigns with a new BFF, the pioneer of the reality stiff-upper lip, Katie Price!

Goodger has found herself the most recent celebrity victim of internet trolls, a group of ‘haters’ who spend their days saying nasty things about their chosen celebrity target.

Since her diva-style tantrum during the filming of the last series of TOWIE, in which Goodger found herself temporarily suspended from filming as punishment, she has really tried hard to up the charm offensive, without success!

First of all she used a quote from her ex, Mark Wright defending her to spark rumours that the pair were still in love with each other, a claim that Wright came out and publicly denied, which did her campaign to get more friends no good whatsoever.

Goodger then launched her own PR campaign for her fake tan launch in Debenhams, using social networking site Twitter to announce her personal appearances to promote the product.  However, when the first launch arrived it was a rather lonely affair as only ten fans came along to meet the ITV2 reality star.

However, if it’s press attention Goodger is after, then her latest stunt is bound to guarantee that, as she has been photographed on a night out with her new bessie mate, Katie Price.

Price is no stranger to the lonely world of reality TV where no one likes you, the model-turned-business-woman and mum of three, spent the majority of both marriages, firstly to Peter Andre and secondly Alex Reid, in front of the cameras, and is highly experienced in the art of dealing with the likes of haters and trolls.

The two new friends were spotted out for the night in Liverpool, with both wearing very revealing outfits despite the cold and wet weather.

The pair went out for a meal and then on to popular nightspot Newz Bar for cocktails, all the while keeping their fans updated on the nights events by tweeting their every move!

Price tweeted a picture of the restaurant they ate at along with the caption: ”Having dinner with @laurengoodger in liverpool .. Such good night drinks and laughter x.”

And we hope that the conversation was centred around how to launch a product as we think Lauren could well benefit from Katie’s experience as her Manchester Trafford Centre appearance to launch her new book, In The Name Of Love, yesterday, had fans queuing round the block to get their copy signed by their idol.
