X Factor 2012: MC Ultra finally admits he leaked THAT Tulisa tape!
MC Ultra (Justin Edwards), the former boyfriend of X Factor judge, Tulisa Contostavlos, has finally admitted that he was the person responsible for leaking a tape showing the N-Dubz singer performing a sexual act on him, on to the internet.
After the tape was leaked Edwards denied claims that the tape had come from him in a bid to cash in on his ex girlfriends fame, forcing Tulisa to release a Youtube apology to fans and begin legal proceedings against her ex.
It was during these procedings that MC Ultra finally admitted the truth, that he was the one behind the leak all along, a confession which Tulisa’s barrister presented to Mr Justice Tugendhat during a hearing at London’s High Court, after an earlier hearing had heard the rapper denying posting the video, claiming that to do so would be “ungentlemanly”.
Jacob Dean said: “Mr Edwards has admitted responsibility for publication of the video, apologised for it, and promised not to do it again.”
According to the Sun newspaper, a statement will be read out in court on Thursday by Ms Contostavlos’ solicitor Jonathan Coad, who will give details of the settlement of her claim against MC Ultra.
This is the second legal triumph for the reigning X Factor champion judge who already won a high court order in March banning all publications from showing the footage of her engaging in the sexual act with her ex, who she split with back in 2009 after a teen romance.
In a recent interview with Nuts magazine, out this month, Edwards still denied his involvement in the posting of the film, saying: “A lot of people made assumptions about what happened and why. Her fans have been destroying me. Some of them are like, ‘Go and die’.
“It’s been a hellish time having the world turn against you, it’s not been nice for me and my family. I went on Twitter and wrote, ‘All this fuss over something so little’.”
“I filmed it but not on my phone. How can I release something that I haven’t got?
“But there were a couple of options of people it could have been and who could have put it out there.”
After the video was leaked Tulisa took to Youtube to post her public apology and statement in which she admitted: “When you share an intimate moment with someone that you love, you care about and you trust, you never imagine for one minute that that footage may at any point be shared with the rest of the UK or the rest of the people around the world.”
Whilst the case will continue to cover a number of other defendants over their alleged involvement in the distribution of the tape, Tulisa did not hold anything back about her ex, when she fired a public attack at him on stage at last weekends Wireless festival.
Taking to the stage to perform a cover of Titanium at London’s Hyde Park, Tulisa announced over the microphone to the crowd:
“Put your middle fingers up to my d*ckhead ex Justin f*cking Edwards!”
“Ladies, don’t ever let any man pull you down – because I’m still f*cking standing.”
