X Factor Shayne Wards Debut Album Due To Hit The Shops!
X Factor winner Shayne Ward has almost completed his debut album, and the finished product which is still untitled will hit the shelves on the 17th of April.
His first single from the album will be released the week before on the 10th of April. The single is an upbeat love song called No Promises.

WHO EVER SAID “THANK GOD ITS NOT OVER THE RAINBOW” DOES NOT HAVE A SINGLE OUNCE OF MUSICAL/VOCAL KNOWLEDGE! I NOW WORK IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY, RECORDING WELL KNOWN ARTISTS. IT IS VERY VERY RARE TO COME ACROSS SUCH TALENT TO PEFORM SUCH A OUTSTANDING VOCAL WITHOUT THE USE OF TUNING AND/OR VOCAL EFFECTS!
IF THERE WAS MORE RAW TALENT IN THE INDUSTRY LIKE SHAYNE. IT WOULD MAKE MY JOB FAR EASIER THAN TRYING TO MAKE PEOPLE WHO ARE ‘OK’ SOUND AS GOOD AS HIM.

I wasn’t criticising the quality of Shaynes vocals. But you have to admit the song has been played to death. It used to be lovely, now its just boring!

Your spot on the song has been played so many times it has now become commercial.
I think allowing downloads of the live show has somehow taken the ‘fresh’ aspect of the song away. I personaly think if the song was released with a ‘proper’ studo recorded edit, it would again sound quite diffrent.You may disaree and thats why i love the music industry and recording because its all about varied taste.

I hear what you are saying Morgan, maybe it could be done well. But I am so sick of hearing Eva Cassiday singing it and then Rowetta sang it a few times on last years x factor show. I think Shayne should chose some fresh, new material. I would love to hear his own stuff if he has any.

I like millions of other viewers of the X factor final were unsure of who to vote for, that was until Shayne sang Over the rainbow. I think that song won the competition for him, and would be a great hit if he were to release it as a single.
